Symbiotics have just returned from a 2 week training exercise with The Rajiv Gandhi National Flying Training Institute (NFTI) at Gondia, Maharashtra, India.
The excursion marked the second established training institute to employ ADAPT for informed innovative selection and assessment. Developed in conjunction with CAE and Airport Authorities of India (AAI), the new NFTI venture intends to lead the way in Pilot Selection throughout India and ADAPT is proud to be a part of it.
The system installed represents our second fully functioning assessment centre and continues the high standards set in delivering the most innovative selection available in the market.

Training
The ADAPT Team set off on the 29th October to commence the first week of Examiner training. Week one saw 5 NFTI personnel begin the practical and theory training in deploying the assessment tool, while week two progressed to on the job training, assessing existing students within the Academy and later selecting live candidate's under the ADAPT teams close supervision.
Qualified
The team worked closely with NFTI and established some great relationships with the Team.
After two rigorous weeks of training and experience, all five of the instructors achieved an accreditation of some form to permit various levels of ADAPT assessment.
NFTI has now established the sufficient qualification to deliver ADAPT selection and assessment. The system will now be used as the sole medium of selection for their entire Academy, spanning the breadth of India.
Symbiotics would like to thank everyone at NFTI for their efforts and wish them all the very best in the future. We hope this marks the start of a long and successful relationship and continue the success of ADPAT.
