The Human Factors team is a multi-skilled group of human factors analysts who work on a diverse range projects creating bespoke human factors courses. Many involve complex technical equipment operated in harsh environments.

You’ll find our expertise is based on a clear understanding of Human Factors analysis and added to this are our practical skills and experience from careers in the Armed Services and work within the commercial sector.

Like the Training Team, we have a successful track record of working on military and commercial projects.  These include:

• Cargo Handling Systems
• Mine Roller/Mine Plough Equipment. 

Each requires a diversity of expertise to understand Human Factors issues and to deliver solutions that are innovative, effective and deliverable.
