Demand for FAST is growing internationally

Across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, demand is growing strongly for Symbiotics Ltd’s FAST (Future Aptitude Screening Tool). Based on the same processes and expertise used to develop our ADAPT system – the only pilot selection system currently exceeding IATA guidelines – FAST delivers a personality summary, a performance breakdown and an overall performance indicator for any candidate pilot.

It can be used in isolation or in combination with any of our other highly predictive psychometric tools and comprises multiple elements, requiring the candidate to monitor a flight path, react to visual and auditory stimuli, and conduct a self-analysis.
