We currently have a couple of positions available for a 6 month, full-time internship within the ADAPT team.  The role would suit a graduate interested in human performance and/or psychology looking to develop their analytical and report writing skills within a commercial setting.

Training Department

Technical Instructor (IT/Comms Maintenance)

We are seeking a Technical Instructor to join our highly skilled team, with particular focus on information technology/communications.

As a Technical Instructor for Symbiotics Ltd,  you would be responsible for the delivery of courses at clients locations as well as the development and design of training courses. The position is based at our head office in Tewkesbury, however with clients nationwide, you would be required to travel frequently.

Human Factors Psychologist

We are seeking to recruit a Human Factors and Psychology Specialist to join our team.

 

Applying Human Factors and Psychology through consultancy and research based projects to external clients. To support the delivery of HF projects, developing and delivering solutions for a variety of clients. To assist in the development and delivery of the bespoke package of ADAPT screening, selection and assessment tools.
 

This is a varied role that would suit either an Ergonomist with a background in cognitive psychology, or a Psychologist with a background in HF, looking to progress their Human Factors career to the next level and develop the role within the organisation. 

The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of applied experience and needs to be competent working on HMI/HCI.
