The ICAO Cabin Crew Competency Framework is a set of guidelines outlining the skills and knowledge necessary for cabin crew members to effectively perform their duties. It uses a competency-based approach to training, focusing on observable behaviours for each competency. We have used an extended version of the competency framework, that expands further on some of the cabin management skills to ensure fully comprehensive coverage, as the basis for our assessment battery.
