Our Aspects Leadership Questionnaire is designed to measure a person's personality and preferences in the workplace.
The Aspects Leadership Questionnaire examines 28 different aspects of personality to identify individual's preferences to see if they are a good fit for teams, organisations, roles, promotion and to identify development areas.
The questionnaire is divided into eight sections: Leadership, Structure, Risk Taking, Conformity, People Orientation, Resilience, Commercial Awareness and Social Acceptance. The test is untimed; however, it is recommended that it is completed in 45 minutes.
Aspects can be used within the recruitment pipeline to help shortlist applicants most likely to be successful, as well as within Human Resources teams to support internal processes and career progression opportunities.
