Test / Re-Test Study Terms and Conditions

1.      Promoter

The Promoter of this study is Symbiotics Ltd, with a registered address at Teme House, Whittington Road, Worcester, Worcestershire, WR5 2RY

 

2.      Eligibility

2.1 The study is open to individuals aged 18 years or over

2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the study are eligible to enter

2.3 The study is open to residents of the United Kingdom only

 

3.      How to Enter

3.1 Entry into the prize draw is conditional upon completion of all three assessments (FAST, Cognitive Reasoning, Cabin Crew Traits) at both of the following time points:

·         Time Point 1: Initial assessment (completed by 13th February 2026)

·         Time Point 2: Follow-up assessment completed approximately three months later upon receipt of communication and link to complete the same group of tests (completed by 12th June 2026)

3.2 Participants who fail to complete all three assessments at both time points, will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw

3.3 No purchase or payment is required to enter

3.4 Only one entry per participant is permitted

3.5 By entering the study, entrants accept these conditions and warrant that all information submitted by them is true, current and complete

 

4.      Prize

4.1 Two prizes are available: a £100 Amazon gift voucher for employees and a £100 Amazon gift voucher for non-staff members of Symbiotics and Blakebrook Group

4.2 The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available

4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary

4.4 Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter the study in a manner, which Symbiotics Ltd determine is contrary to these terms and conditions or by its nature is unfair to other entrants will be removed from the prize draw at Symbiotics Ltd sole discretion

 

5.      Winner Selection and Notification

5.1 The two winners will be selected at random from all eligible participants who have met the entry criteria outlined in Section 2

5.2 The prize draw will take place within 14 days of the final follow-up assessment closing

5.3 The winners will be notified using the contact details provided during the assessments when they register with ADAPT within 7 days of the draw

5.4 If the winners do not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner

 

6.      Data Protection and Privacy

6.1 Personal data provided for the purposes of the prize draw will be used solely for:

  • Administering the study
  • Determining the eligibility and 
  • Contacting the prize drawer winner

6.2 Study responses will be analysed in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy and may be annonymised for research or reporting purposes.

6.3 Personal data used for prize draw administration will not be retained longer than necessary and will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

7.      Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues, system failures, or any other reason beyond its reasonable control

7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance of the prize

 

8.      General

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control

8.2 The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into

8.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction
