Symbiotics solution tackled a number of the concerns that we had with remote proctoring, when we were thinking about it and If we transition from testing centres to Symbiotics remote proctoring solution, we would actually be saving a substantial amount of money by not having to pay for the testing centres. Of course, we experienced some bumps along the way, but Symbiotics have been incredibly responsive in helping us work through these issues despite our time difference. They would investigate things on their end and either develop a work around for us or supply us with some extra guidance to provide to candidates to make the process as smooth as possible. Massey University School of Aviation New Zealand has been utilising a suite of pilot aptitude assessments provided by Symbiotics since 2012. They are a key element in the full selection board process Massey University uses to select prospective students into its professional degree, Bachelor of Aviation- Air Transport Pilot.
