Our Flight Test is a multitasking exercise designed to assess ability to manage a busy workload whilst adhering to prescribed SOPs, including height, heading and speed using flight controls.
The high cost of full flight simulators can make it impracticable to use them in the initial assessment of large numbers of individuals. Our Flight Test is a cost effective way to capture information on a candidate's dexterity and coordination ability in a pilot environment (using fixed wing or rotary aircraft) providing measures on accuracy and control.
Flight Test features modern in-flight graphics, with scalable performance for different computer capabilities, it is based on a robust open source flight simulator and installation and configuration is a very quick process. Flight Test has an enhanced candidate experience and improved telemetry data capture allowing for a more detailed analysis of aircraft control.
