ADAPT PERSONALITY QUESTIONNAIRE

The ADAPT Personality Questionnaire is designed to measure your personality, values, behaviour and attitudes. Each of the questions is designed by psychologists to identify specific aspects of your psyche as well as your personality or behavioural traits.

COGNITIVE REASONING

Our Cognitive Reasoning assessment is designed to help measure an individuals natural aptitude and cognitive abilities for doing and learning to do. The test assesses your work-related cognitive capacity and suitability for training including Verbal Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning, Working Memory, Perceptual Speed & Accuracy, Spatial Relationship Reasoning and Abstract Reasoning.

FAST

The FAST test is designed to test your multitasking, learning, cognitive, situational awareness and physical skill. The test determines how well you can prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities, learning from each scenario to improve your overall performance.

CREW RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

The Crew Resource Management assessment is designed to identify your decision-making and communication skills in response to specific situations. It uses scenario based questions to measure cooperation, leadership, situation awareness and decision-making using the NOTECHs behavioural markers.

The Conflict Handling assessment is made up of scenario based questions designed to identify your preferences when managing, dealing with and resolving confrontational situations. How you would respond to certain situations can be helpful to employers in determining your overall suitability for a role.

MATHS

The Maths test assesses your ability to apply mathematical knowledge, formulae and calculations. The calculations include Speed, Distance, Time, Fuel Consumption and Bearings.

PHYSICS

The Physics test assesses your ability to apply formulae and calculations from the physics field.

ENGLISH

The English test assesses your English Language, Listening and Comprehension skills accross 4 key areas of language skill: Sentence Structure, Vocabulary, Comprehension and Interaction.

AVIATION KNOWLEDGE

The Aviation Knowledge test assesses your knowledge of the 8 areas essential to good airmanship; Air Law, General Navigation, Human Performance, Instruments, Meteorology, Performance, Principles of Flight and Radio navigation.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

The Emotional Intelligence questionnaire assess your ability to regulate your behaviour. It looks into three key areas: emotions of the individual, emotions of others and emotions of the situation. The Motivational Drivers assessment is designed to assess your motivation levels and how they align with specific roles. It is a key assessment in assessing whether or not you will stay engaged in a specific role or not.

INSTRUCTOR CAPABILITIES

This assessment is made up of two tests: Instructor Aptitude and Instructor Style. The assessment explores your aptitude to instructing and the different styles you prefer to adopt when teaching participants. It explores your knowledge and understanding regarding the right approach to take in different scenarios.
