Sales & Marketing Team

This team comprises of our business development and marketing staff. The business development team help to look after customer accounts and ensure that you always receive a high level of services. Spending time travelling to attend conferences and exhibitions, the team are always willing to spend time with you answering any questions and demoing the assessment programmes with you.

Our marketing team look after the website and public channels of Symbiotics, also supporting attendance and exhibition at conferences across the world. Responsible for the promotion of Symbiotics globally, they work closely with all other teams to ensure the latest news and product information is shared with you.

Psychology Services Team

Our Psychology team spend their time visiting clients and supporting you with your assessment programmes, interviews, profiling exercises and certification training. They are involved with account management and are on hand to answer any questions around the assessment & selection process.

Also responsible for supporting continual test development, you can be confident that your assessment programme has been overseen by one of our qualified team.

Technology & Product Development Team

Our technology team look after the ADAPT assessment and administration portal, taking full responsibility for all development and maintenance. Working closely with the Psychology team, they implement new tests and assessment programmes, whilst ensuring you continue to receive a robust and reliable service.

If required, members of our technology team can also visit customer sites and help with the implementation and launch of complete in-house solutions.

Customer Success Team

Our administration team are your first port of call for any issues or support requirements with your assessment portal or licence codes. They will either help you themselves or put you in touch with a member of the technology or psychology teams as appropriate to ensure you get the most appropriate support.

This team also handle our business invoicing as well as taking responsibility for organising travel and accommodation for colleagues as they attend client sites, conferences and more.
