Advice from our Psychologists

Instructors can apply different approaches when teaching others. The Instructor Capability Assessment is used to explore both your understanding and your approach to instructing, through providing a detailed overview of your instructing style. This helps airlines and ATOs to assess whether you are a suitable candidate for their organisation or identify potential development areas.
