An online interview is used to sound out the veracity of the outputs from the self-report questionnaires, and to delve further into the motivation and levels of resilience of the candidate.
Any items that the self-reports highlight will be explored in the interview, with examples required to support the claims made.
The Psychologist will write a report that is incorporated into the final assessment. The report output can be tailored to the needs of the organisation, providing scores for a number of vital competencies and a summary of the candidate's fit for the organisation.
This means the Psychologist will be visibly involved in the assessment process.
